The shipyard, where its history began in 1911 and enormous seagoing vessels were once built, has been acquired by Fabian and Annet van Noorloos on 19 September 2025 and is now part of Van Noorloos Aluminium Constructions. Fabian and Annet have officially taken over this historic yard. From building large ships to contributing to the largest yachts in the Netherlands. We are proud to play a part in the construction of exceptional superyachts, and our ambition goes further: to restore the yard to full prosperity, with the goal of consolidating all our locations in Heusden in the foreseeable future.
