Sustainable and circular construction
At Van Noorloos, we believe in a future where construction is not only functional but also sustainable, circular, and without compromises on quality.
Our approach to sustainable construction is based on circular principles, aiming for a closed-loop of materials. Aluminum is particularly well-suited for this approach because it is infinitely recyclable without a loss of quality. This means that we can build with materials that are not only sustainable but can also be reused for future generations.
Aluminum is inherently a sustainable material, resistant to corrosion, rust, and other forms of decay. These properties make it perfect for outdoor applications and structures that need to withstand the test of time. Furthermore, aluminum has a long lifespan, contributing to the sustainability of every construction project.
Sustainable construction goes hand in hand with energy efficiency and innovation. Aluminum contributes to energy savings due to its excellent thermal insulation properties. We embrace innovative construction techniques and designs that ensure optimal use of energy resources and minimize the ecological footprint of each project.
Aluminium plays a role in achieving a more sustainable, greener future and can be fully recycled. The recycling process requires only 5% of the energy needed for original production. At Van Noorloos, we use processes to separate and sort aluminium, allowing residual materials to be returned to the smelter for recycling.
